What a woderful week so far! Have been finishing everything on my daily to-do list, got over with one term paper (WOOHOO), managed to clean my mess in the kitchen in less then 24 hours, improving my salsa (YAYYY about time) plus the fact that I am a general exec, I feel that I need to be improved by A LOT. It`s fun and sexy and I love it with all my heart, but the scheduling, improving academics, and the time are keeping me hostage for a while :( SO resolution for summer 2012: go out salsa dancing, get good grades in classes during summer term, get work permit (before summer), GET AMERICAN VISA oh for crying out loud. Never had enough strength to gather it all up and go to the embassy. Get a work! Since I got waitlisted for JumpStart RA position, some income cash is never too bad ;)
Been also thinking of getting back to Competitive Ballroom Dancing quite soon. Gotta fulfill the drea, I had since I was in elementary school: to get the first place in at least the competition between the locals. Then I will see if I would want to continue.
AND HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN`S DAY LADIES!!! Although it`s not so well celebrated here as back home. By back home I mean MotherRussia. I guess it won`t be as exciting and holiday like, got to do work first T.T since when did I turn into a booknerd I have no idea. I guess no pain in the ass is equivalent to no good grades. Seriously, been sitting down so long that I feel that my feminine curves on the back will turn flat. Oiii.
since I posted a random rant on tumblr. Seriously, school and 6 courses kind of get a strong grip on your ass and never really let go! Unless it’s after the exam period. So this rant is about me explaining myself as a NON-Korean, so here it goes
- I do not play any musical instrument
- I cannot text 5 words per second
- I do not play star craft
- I do not follow up with KPOP or KDRAMA
- I am not obsessed with going on diets all the time
- I do not wear colored contact lenses to school everyday
- I do not put make up on that makes my skin white
- I do not go to the beach with tonns of sun protection cream all over my face and body
- I do not have hipster glasses with no lens in them
- I do not buy couple rings, and do not celebrate 100 days with my boyfriend
So far this is what I could come up with. Although I could also provide some evidence to prove my Korean-ness like I have the soy bean paste and kimchi and DongWon tuna in my fridge, I know how to make Korean traditional soup for Lunar New Year, I speak Korean and follow some of the cultural holidays and traditions.
Peaceeeeeeee

- Me: Did you hear this song before?
- Q: Yeah.. Isn't it like by bulldog or something?
- Me: LOL it's Snoop Dogg
- Q: Pfff there are too many dogs! Pitbull, Snoop Dogg, I'm sure bulldog is somewhere out there too!

“The Flying Squirrel and a Pumpkin”
This girl and I have been best friends for 6 years now, and entering our 7th. We’ve had our downfalls, but the positive moments outgrow them in a biggest and unevenest ratio! I’ve known this girl when she was in the 6th grade, this small girl with her hair tied up and her huge backpack on wheels that she used to bump into people occasionally :) We technically have seen each other grow up and change, dealt with each other during our hardest times, lived through break ups and heart breaks, as well as little crushes and little secrets :)
She knows my personality: she knows how difficult I can get at times, or very emotional, and I am very thankful to her for ALWAYS staying by my side no matter what. She was always there, she was my shoulder I could lean on, and she knew she would always count on me.
As the New Year is approaching, I want to wish her all the best she can get out of high school before she graduates, I wish her success in college and finding her interest in life that she can make into an income, and I also wish that she would always be surrounded by kind and generous people like she is.
Girl, I love you and thank you for the support, care, and everything that you’ve given me. Happy New Years to you and good luck with everything that you’re about to face as you go to University!
It’s us: The Flying Squirrel and a Pumpkin :) Forever and always ♥
“You and I are like coke and Jack, Charlie Sheen and crack”
This one is my Asian half sister that has been hiding during my first semester of UBC. Eventhough I haven’t known her for THAT long of a time, I can clearly say that her and I are just like that line from a song (that one of our friends re-wrote)! Out of these 4 months that we’ve been hanging out together, we already managed to go deal with personal drama, be matchmakers, have a spontaneous night out, be each other’s wingmen (kind of), and so much more that I can’t remember right now. As we move in together in about 5 or so months, I KNOW that we will have so much more to laugh about and remember, and so much more fun times to come! Happy New Years to you and I hope it will bring more clarification in your life (you know what this is!) and also bring you happiness! I love you my second half of a lazy and hungy panda set! And remember: we are the female pimps and the baddest bitches of UBC ;) ♥
I know I posted this earlier than I should have, but hey… It’s new years, and my uncle have been making me screwdrivers so I think I won’t be able to write/type anything to midnight woohoo!
- Q: Should I take a picture of myself on mu ipod?
- *flips it around*
- Me: You know you have a front camera for that...
- -FACEPALM-
- yes he is smart enough not to get brain fucked by source code, but not so smart when it comes to his ipod
